Your next chapter of life: insight, growth, and change.
About
About Me
I believe meaningful change begins with insight—understanding where you are, what matters to you, and what may be keeping you from moving forward.
My professional background is rooted in more than a decade of working with people through change, transition, personal growth, and some of life’s most challenging seasons. As a nationally licensed mental health counselor, I bring extensive training in human behavior, motivation, thought patterns, and the ways our experiences and values influence the choices we make.
Through Insightful Growth Collective, I use that experience in a different way.
Coaching is focused on where you are now and where you want to go next. Together, we identify your goals, explore obstacles that may be getting in the way, clarify the values that matter most to you, and develop practical steps toward meaningful change.
My coaching approach incorporates the OSCAR, GROW and cognitive coaching models, combining solution-focused strategies with exploration of thoughts, behaviors, and values. I believe growth rarely follows a perfectly straight path. Goals evolve, priorities change, and sometimes the direction we thought we wanted isn't actually the direction that fits us best.
My role isn't to tell you what your life should look like. It's to help you gain the insight, perspective, and direction to decide that for yourself—and then help you move toward it.
I particularly enjoy working with people who are navigating life transitions, feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next, working toward personal or professional goals, reevaluating priorities, or trying to create meaningful change in their lives. I also work well with people who understand what they want to change but find themselves struggling to turn that insight into action.
Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling stuck, pursuing a personal or professional goal, or simply wondering what you want your next chapter to look like, you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Sometimes the first step is simply deciding you're ready for something to change.
